Masala Chai – Warming and aromatic spices, with sweet undertones blended with rich malty Assam black tea.
For an authentic traditional chai: 150ml water; 50ml milk/oat milk; one heaped teaspoon of Masala Chai. Add all ingredients to a milk pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 4 – 5 mins. Use a sieve to transfer to cup add sugar to taste and enjoy.
