Matcha – Finely ground powdered Japanese, shade grown, tencha leaves. Whisk into a delicately sweet, frothy beverage with distinctive, smooth grassy notes. Also use as an ingredient for Match Frappe, Matcha Tea latte or Matcha Cake.
- Whisk 1/2 a teaspoon to a paste in a little cold water, then add hot water
- Add to whisked mix 200ml hot water at 80°C
- No milk or sugar
