Everyday Chai – This Warming and aromatic drink, with sweet cinnamon soothing undertones followed by hint of heat from the punchy ginger and pepper to really energise your senses blended with rich malty Assam black tea.

For an authentic traditional chai: 150ml water; 50ml milk/oat milk; one heaped teaspoon of Chai.  Add all ingredients to a milk pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 4 – 5 mins. Use a sieve to transfer to cup add sugar to taste and enjoy.

  • 3g or one teaspoon 
  • 200ml freshly drawn hot water 96 – 99 degrees
  • Time: 3 min
  • Enjoy with or without milk / sugar
